Sub-processors
Every provider that touches data for the Service, what it does, and where.
This page lists the providers Bindseal uses to run the Service. The first table is the list of sub-processors under our Data Processing Addendum (its Annex III): the providers that process your players’ data. We email customers at least 14 days before adding or replacing one of them, as the DPA describes.

All three are US-headquartered companies; the data they process for us stays in their Frankfurt regions. Bindseal itself administers the Service from Azerbaijan (see Section 11 of the DPA).
2. Other providers
These providers handle our website and email. They don’t process your players’ data, unless you include it in an email to us — please send only what a support request needs.

3. Independent controllers
Paddle processes payments as our merchant of record. It is an independent controller of the payment data you give it, under its own privacy policy, and is not our sub-processor.
